Apprentis helps people become ready for apprenticeship and early-career opportunities, and helps institutions understand, develop and evidence that readiness.
Participants receive personalised guidance, employer matching, readiness assessment and selection preparation. Schools, universities, training providers and employers gain structured visibility into where readiness is strong, where support is needed and how readiness changes over time.
One system. Two connected experiences.
Participants receive guidance, matching, preparation and continued support. Institutions receive stage-appropriate readiness profiles, cohort priorities and evidence that informs better programme decisions.
The participant journey
Six connected stages, guided by the Apprentis Agent
01 · Start
Begin through voice or chat with the Apprentis Agent. Share your interests, goals, strengths and any barriers. The Agent clarifies your position, explains the pathway and identifies your next readiness priority. You can also complete the Entry Apprentis Capability Score to establish a structured view of your readiness before applications begin.
The institutional readiness cycle
Configured around the participant stage and the decision the institution needs to make
01 · Measure
Apprentis uses the appropriate stage-specific Apprentis Capability Score. Entry ACS assesses how prepared an individual is to understand, pursue and secure an opportunity. In-Programme ACS assesses how prepared an apprentice is to contribute, develop and progress after entering the workplace. ACS adds a structured readiness view alongside academic assessment, technical assessment and professional judgement, it does not replace them.
Apprentis introduces a workforce readiness layer between opportunity and outcome, moving institutions from "What happened?" to "Where is readiness developing, and what should happen next?"
The Apprentis Agent
The conversational guidance, matching and preparation layer within the participant experience. It uses Apprentis platform knowledge, employer-directory information and participant context to make guidance more relevant.
The Agent guides, matches and prepares. It does not accept or reject candidates, make hiring decisions, reproduce confidential employer assessments or replace the ACS, human support or institutional decision-making. High-impact decisions remain human-accountable.
Through voice or chat, it helps participants:

Readiness movement, 2026 matched UK pilot
Impact Report 2025
Confirmed outcomes are linked to identifiable participant records, include the named employer and apprenticeship details, and are corroborated against publicly available professional evidence. They are classified as confirmed under the Apprentis outcome-verification protocol, and are not described as employer-audited unless the employer has directly supplied or confirmed the evidence.
2026 matched UK pilot
These early-stage pre- and post-intervention findings demonstrate observed readiness movement. They do not, on their own, establish longer-term effects on workplace performance, retention or progression. The two evidence sources answer different questions: the Impact Report demonstrates reach and confirmed outcomes; the pilot demonstrates that readiness movement can be measured.
Built for trust. Protected by design. Apprentis is transparent about what each assessment examines, which stage it applies to, how findings should be interpreted and the role and boundaries of AI. The ACS is not an automated selection gate or permanent label, and information is used according to role, purpose, permissions and appropriate governance.
Start with the readiness decision
Apprentis begins with the readiness decision that needs to be made, then applies the appropriate guidance, matching, assessment, development and evidence view.
