The Inaugural ICAD Convening at Oxford University brought together a global gathering of experts and practitioners dedicated to advancing Apprenticeship Degrees. Set against the historic backdrop of Oxford, this event offered an immersive experience that drives dynamic change for education-to-career systems, including off-site visits to work-based learning and apprenticeship providers.

Participants included thought leaders, educators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, all coming together to shape the future of higher education and workforce integration through actionable solutions.
